low testosterone and depression

Im pretty sure my test levels are pretty low and it's really starting to get too me,

Im 18 and have no body or facial hair at all can't even barely grow armpit hair
My sex drive is almost non existent go 8-9 days still don't even think about it
Slow recovery time
also I always really frustrated and can lose my temper pretty easily and snap at people for very little.
don't sleep

Im not sure if I should go to a doctor or not because im pretty sure they would just brush me off and say it's nothing and I really dont like going to the doctor unless im really sick.

anyways I don't really know why im posting this but any advice would be appreciated.

It may be possible that you are overtraining.  The term 'overtraining' is thrown around way too often on forums, but the symptoms you are describing do sound like you may need a break for a few weeks.

What is your routine and diet like?

Also what is your diet like? this and sleep can be 2 big factors.

Your not over training, and I doubt your over reaching...but maybe you are getting there since your sleep sucks, and your diet may be off.

sounds like your just having lousy recovery, perhaps brought on by stress.

My diet is not the best but here is a rough guide

Meal 1
5 weet-bix, 3 eggs

Meal 2
2 salad and salami sandwiches, yoghurt, apple
or chicken and vegetables

Meal 3
Tuna and wholegrain bread

Post workout
Protein shake

Meal 4
usually beef or chicken with plenty of vegetables (pumpkin, potato, beans, peas, corn)

Heres my routine and I usually run afterwards

 
Monday:
Squats
Incline Bench Press
OH Press
Bent Over BB or DB Row
Weighted Pullups or Pulldowns

Wednesday:
Deadlift
Flat Bench or Weighted Dips
Arnolds
Seated One Arm Rows
Weighted Pullups or Pulldowns

Friday:
Squats
Incline Bench Press
Hang Clean & Press
Bent Over BB or DB Rows
Weighted Pullups or Pulldowns

It sounds like you're eating enough, and as long as you aren't doing a shitload of sets for each lift, then you should be fine as far as overtraining is concerned.

About the depression/lack of sex drive....I go through depressed periods too, and I don't know what causes it, but I don't sweat it because I know they are only temporary.  You'll probably be cool shortly.

if all that is true...I would probably look at stress and lack of sleep.

try some sleep aids, ZMA, melatonin etc.
